implementations since 2004 typically with enterprise and mid-market clients across various industries including healthcare, manufacturing, finance and banking, business services, retail, education, and non-profit. He has worked for Salesforce directly, and with many professional service firms to understand best practice and practical approaches to design and implement Salesforce solutions.

He usually engages with a client to unpack business requirements offering pros and cons to various solution options in Salesforce. Then he determines the level of effort and work with business to help prioritize and get to a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for the project.One of the criteria for prioritizing the project work might be to focus on the highest impact and lowest effort tasks first. Every client is different. Certain project work might be of strategic importance. Other times, there might be a critical blocker such as overcoming SOQL 101 error message (which is a governor limit in Salesforce). Assessing the existing Salesforce environment is something George routinely do and has the tools to accelerate the analysis of any Salesforce org, whether it's a simple Salesforce environment to the most complex with lots of customizations serving many applications across many business divisions and even when there are multiple Salesforce orgs.

Once we determine the MVP for what this phase of the project will be about, we can then talk about resource planning; who on the team will help with the implementation. He has worked with many great Salesforce developers, QA testers, Integration and UI/UX specialists over the years and am happy to recommend any of them to you along with any other kind of subject matter experts so that the Salesforce project gets completed efficiency and to best practice.

During the implementation phase, George can then help with the Salesforce development. He can be a Tech Lead for the development team to make sure everyone is adhering to best practices and getting the user stories and tasks completed. If a Center of Excellence (CoE) doesn't yet exist, he can help set one up so all the Salesforce work gets managed. George has experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps and others and can help ensure knowledge transfer and that the work is documented. He also has good attention to detail in doing the business and systems analysis work, preparing and grooming user stories and make sure the Acceptance Criteria for each story is clear for the development team so they can hit the ground running and work efficiently.

Because he works independently from Salesforce, George is agnostic and will provide recommendations including what he would do if he were in the client's shoes.

George has implemented Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Sales Enablement tools. he has worked with Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Interactive Studio/Personalization.  He also has implemented customer portals, Partner portals, and Employee portals with Community Cloud (now called Experience Cloud).

George has experience with Commerce Cloud and Cloudcraze for B2C and B2B e-commerce applications. He has integrated Commerce Cloud with Sitecore and other CMS environments to seamlessly integrate between systems and functionality. He has implemented single-sign-on IAM/CIAM using tools like ForgeRock to hand-off between the CMS and Commerce Cloud so customers can select and purchase products and services with integrations to order fulfillment, appointment scheduling, geo-location to the nearest service location, product catalog and payment gateway integrations.

George has worked on many data migration and data cleansing projects and implemented applications to manage a Customer Success Journey from Onboarding to Adoption and Engagement to Renewals and Advocacy. He has front-end UI/UX/CX skills to ensure the customer experience is professional and effective.
