B2B Outreach Data Notice

This notice explains how Able.Digital may use business and professional information to contact organizations about services that may be relevant to their operations. It also explains our standards for accuracy, human review, and opt-out handling.

Information we may use

We may use business and company information, public website observations, professional contact details, role or title, company website, industry, country, and other publicly available business signals relevant to the recipient’s organization.

How we use the information

We use this information to identify organizations that may benefit from our services, personalize business communications, route responses, maintain source records, and manage outreach preferences.

Responsible outreach standards

• We do not claim to have reviewed private CRM, analytics, revenue, customer, or other non-public data unless the organization has provided access.
• We do not use sensitive personal data for B2B prospecting.
• We do not fabricate screenshots, performance metrics, endorsements, relationships, or other claims.
• We review outreach content for factual accuracy, relevance, and respectful language before it is sent.
• In Brazil, we use WhatsApp for outreach only when the recipient has consented, initiated the conversation, or another appropriate basis applies.

Sources and accuracy

Information may come from public company websites, professional directories, business databases, event or partner records, and information supplied directly by the recipient or their organization. We take reasonable steps to keep outreach data relevant and correct. Recipients may ask us to correct or remove information.

Opt-out and suppression

Outbound emails include a clear way to unsubscribe or request no further contact. We record opt-out requests in a suppression list and apply them to future outreach as promptly as reasonably possible.

Human review

A person reviews customized concepts and material outreach content before use. Automated tools may assist with research, drafting, routing, or recordkeeping, but they do not remove our responsibility for the communication.
