We needed a solution that could handle the multiple stakeholders involved in approving service contracts while maintaining accuracy and consistency in the process. Additionally, our team needed a tool that could seamlessly integrate with our existing systems and workflows.

Our Response

Streamline approval process enabling us to easily track changes.

We developed from scratch an automated solution to do the following:

Query vehicles available for purchase from multiple vendors’ databases

Invoke an internal AI tool to determine appropriate offer amount for a vehicle, based on complex algorithms

Auto-extend an offer on a vehicle without the need for human intervention

Provide real-time status updates on purchase lifecycle to vendor databases

This solution was built entirely using Lightning components on the Salesforce platform.

The result

Easily extend contracts, eliminating the need for manual input.
